Protect Your RV Roof, exterior, yourself and children

Poor maintenance rots your roof and exterior from the inside out warping wood, rusting fasteners, and compromising the structural integrity of your entire RV.

They quietly slash thousands off your resale value, making your RV harder to sell, trade, or insure.

And worse, in the humid darkness beneath your roofline, mold spores take hold and multiply, seeping into your vents, cabinets, and bedding.

You may not see it… but you breathe it in.

Mold exposure in RVs is linked to chronic sinus issues, persistent cough, asthma attacks, and long-term lung damage.

For families with kids, pets, or anyone with respiratory sensitivity, it’s not just gross. It’s dangerous.

Do the maintenance or pay for it with your health or the value of your RV.

Annual Exterior Seal. Your RV’s First Line of Defense.

In the last 7 years we have heard and seen 1000s of RV's that are a complete loss.

The truth is most don't do the preventive maintenance and they call us only when its too late. Water leaks don't show till years later. After its too late. We have spent our health and too much of our time fixing RV's that should have been maintained. We no longer fix rot. Nobody does. Its a health risk. RV's are to made to be light not durable.

Big RV manufacturers bank on this so they can sell you another RV. They don't want your RV to last. They'd go out of business. They plan on you not doing the maintenance.

Things we learned

In the last 7 years of fixing rotted RV's.

Your RV Isn’t Waterproof. It’s Temporarily Sealed.

Most RV roofs begin failing long before any leak is visible. UV rays, rain, and road vibration silently break down the sealant. Meanwhile, your RV’s interior panels are wax-coated and the wallpaper is plastic designed to hide moisture, not reveal it. We often rebuild entire roofs where the inside looked perfectly fine.

You know that musty smell you smell in your camper?

Many campers have come to associate the smell of mold with camping itself, but it doesn’t have to be that way. A healthy RV should smell clean, not damp. If it smells like mildew, moisture is trapped somewhere and is doing damage to you and your families lungs and camper is already underway to being destroyed.

Selling Your RV? Read This First.

Water damage shows up on inspections, destroys floors and walls before it ever shows on the ceiling, and scares off buyers. Even minor leaks can slash your RV’s resale value by thousands. Annual maintenance protects your investment and your asking price.

If you have a lite, ultralight and alot of other models. You have composite floors. Which cannot be repaired!

Composite floors are made out of foam, and thin Luan, pressed in the factory to be a lightweight but a rigid floor system (and walls). But when water hits them. They come apart. The glued composite structure simply disintegrates. And to fix the floor it cost much more than most RV's are worth.

FAQ image

Not so fun fact. No one fixes rot in campers.

If you have found our page. You are in our service area. NO ONE fixes rot. We were one of the only companies that did. But we had to stop because the work environment was so unhealthy. If you don't do the maintenance not only are you stuck with a rotted RV that no one will touch. It was very common for the fix to cost more than the RV.
